Shannon Heil Memorial GR8T Race 8K & 5K
is located in the scenic Lincoln Woods State Park, where it all started. This course will test your endurance by offering you two hilly courses a 8K loop and a 5K USTAF certified course. Both races will start and finish inside Lincoln Woods State Park.

RACE INFORMATION:

• The race will be chipped timed.

• Registrants will receive a t-shirt and a finishers medal.

COURSE RESOURCES:

Water stations will be stationed throughout the course

AWARDS:

All participants will receive a finishers medal. Trophies for the overall male/female in each race.
